Mango Mango House of Desserts is Coming to Downtown Vancouver WA

If you’ve been strolling past the old Subway spot right across from Esther Short Park wondering what miracle might eventually replace it, the waiting game is over. Say goodbye to footlong subs and hello to New York City’s wildly popular Mango Mango Dessert is making its official West Coast debut right here in our backyard!

Mango Mango: From Humble Beginnings to National Obsession

Back in 2013, Mango Mango Dessert opened its very first shop in the heart of New York’s Chinatown. Foodies immediately fell in love with their signature blend of traditional Hong Kong-style sweet soups and modern, artfully crafted desserts. Fast forward to today: they’ve grown into a nationwide obsession with more than 40 thriving locations across the country.

And out of all the places on the West Coast they could have picked for their first expansion, they chose Downtown Vancouver, WA (take that, Seattle)!

What’s on the Menu? (Spoiler: Pure Heaven)

If you haven’t experienced Mango Mango before, prepare to be amazed. They take fresh, ripe mangoes and transform them into edible masterpieces. Everything is handcrafted with incredible attention to detail, making their dishes almost too pretty to eat… almost.

Here is a quick sneak peek at what you can expect when the doors open:

  • Mille Crepe Cakes: Delicate, paper-thin crepes layered with velvety, fresh mango cream. It’s airy, perfectly sweetened, and melts in your mouth.
  • Signature Mango Sundaes: Layered high with fresh fruit, coconut jelly, sago, and decadent ice cream
  • Refreshing Fruit Teas: Brewed to perfection and packed with real, juicy fruit bits for the ultimate afternoon pick-me-up.
  • Classic Dessert Bowls: Traditional sweet soups featuring mango juice, sago, and pomelo that deliver an authentic taste of East Asian street food culture.

Location, Location, Location!

Situated directly across from the lush greens of Esther Short Park, Mango Mango is bound to become the ultimate pitstop during summer concerts, weekend farmer’s market strolls, or casual evening walks in the park.

Vancouver is home to quite a few delicious dessert spots, including Toasted S’Mores Bar, and we’re so excited to welcome Mango Mango to our line-up.
