What makes this brewery more special than any of the other breweries Portland has? Well, Mt. Hood Brewing Company – Tilikum Station is located in two converted train 1921 Northern Pacific Caboose cars.
The original Mt. Hood Brewing Co. location opened in 1991 in Government Camp, Oregon. The second location of Mt. Hood Brewing Co. (Tilikum Station) opened in 2018. Located steps away from the Tilikum Station MAX stop, OMSI, and the Heritage Rail Museum, this is a great place to drink, eat, and watch the incoming MAX trains come by.

Timberline Tucker: double IPA with notes of pine and grapefruit notes
Highland Meadow Blonde: sweet pilsner malt with notes of Mt. Hood hops
Cascadian Pale: local malted wheat with pine and citrus notes
Ice Axe IPA: this is Mt. Hood Brewing’s flagship beer with notes of British crystal malts
Cloudcap Amber: amber with toasted malt and crystal layers
Multorporter: malt with notes of cherrywood, chocolate, and dark crystal
Hogsback Oatmeal Stout: stout with notes of chocolate, coffee, and oats
